1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective upon delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging materials, if applicable
2. Proof of Damage
To begin the return or exchange process, customers must provide a clear, live photo of the product showing the damage or defect at the time of delivery.
Requests submitted without sufficient photo evidence may be delayed or denied.
3. Time Frame for Claims
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 5–7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
4. Return and Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact our customer support team within the required time frame if your item arrives damaged or defective.
Step 2: Submit the required photo evidence for verification.
Step 3: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the return or exchange process.
Please note that the item must remain unused until the claim is reviewed. Any signs of use may affect eligibility.
